While I was getting gas today, I was thinking about how hot it is outside. But then I thought that I was so glad that I wasn't getting gas in the middle of winter in Ohio! I would rather be sweating than be freezing while trying to get gas! I voiced these thoughts later in the day and was informed that Ohio was having some flooding! So I picked up the paper, and sure enough there was a picture of Bluffton, Ohio all flooded!
Now, we didn't live in Bluffton, but we were only about 15 minutes from there. And one of the sisters that I went visiting teaching to lives in Bluffton. The pictures that I saw were not very encouraging, but I'm hoping that their home isn't too badly damaged since they don't live in downtown (not that Bluffton is very big). And if you didn't already know this, I'm so glad to be in sunny Mesa!

I was thinking about you when I heard about all the flooding in Ohio and how you must be SO GLAD to not be living there right now! You're right, the humidity is HORRIBLE! I'd take 110 degrees in the dry desert over stickiness anyday.
Well, last week was absolutely still hot (90) and very humid, and last week I was not liking Kansas (thinking I prefered the Mesa heat) However, then I heard that the valley had record breaking heat this year, and at the same time it has been 80 with overcast and a breeze! Cant complain at this point:) But just give me a couple months. So, did you guys move already? Let me know how it went!
