This last week I have been very busy looking at houses. After looking at a lot of junk, we finally found a little place that is very nice! We made an offer on it yesterday and they accepted!!! We will be closing on it the end of August! It is a little duplex at Broadway and Val Vista. Jon's twin sister, Rachel, just moved in right around the block and is renting a unit that is almost identical to ours. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 
And there is a nice little backyard too! 
Savannah really liked this place, but I'm pretty sure that it was just because of the toys...maybe we can convince them to leave some of the toys behind!

We are totally excited to be in our own place again, and it will be super close to my parents. And you guessed it - we will be in the Taylor Park ward. Lyndsie - that's so funny that you just moved out of that ward!
Kristy, This is Stephanie Cook (Ricks sister). I actually saw your blog on Lyndsie's list. How funny, you'll be in my ward, actually if you didn't know already, Aileen and Jaron are three doors down from you! I just called Aileen and she screamed w/excitment. How fun!!
Kristy, I'm so excited for you!! How funny that the Speakmans are on your street! I grew up with Jaron, we were in the same ward... Anyway, let me know if you want your kids to come play at our house while you're packing!! I remember trying to pack with two kids starving for attention!
