Savannah asked me the other day:
Mom, when you're a grandma and I'm a mom, am I going to have to feed Spencer?
I thought that it was just too funny. I told her that when I'm a grandma, then Spencer would eat big kid food like her.
Melanie came in the kitchen while I was making lunch last week. This is how the conversation went:
Melanie: Hiding you, Mom.
Me: Were you hiding from me?
Melanie: Yeah.
Me: Why were you hiding?
Melanie: Scissors.
Me: Were you playing with the scissors?
Melanie: Yeah.
Me: Did you cut something?
Melanie: Yeah, Cinderella book.
Isn't it nice that she'll come and tell on herself? I had her bring me the scissors and told her that she can't use the scissors without asking. I'm just glad she didn't try and cut her hair!

I ♥ ♥ ♥ WHAT KIDS SAY!!!! Especially when they are HONEST to a fault!!! So cute!
So funny!
I love when they tell on them selves. It makes it easier in the end. Then you don't come across a mess and wonder what happened? Kids! They are too cute!
That is great! I love Savannah's comment. And, yes I'm glad Melanie didn't cut her hair. That is my worst fear! I
I chopped my hair off when I was little. I can still remember the shocked look on my mom's face. I thought it looked good.
Kids are so funny. I love what they say because it's so raw and unpredictable.
That's SO cute!!! Especially Melanie telling on herself!I LOVE the pics from the princess party!! And I hate shots!! Always a sad day!
Wow how do I get that feature on my kids??
Those are just too good! haha :)
Wow. You are one tough cookie, taking all your kids in to the firing squad at once! Those last shots ARE a doozie! I spread them out 1/2 and 1/2 for Ryan's last dose. It's just SO MUCH! *(and still, the last 2 were the worst)
